Handcrafted on the Isle of Wight using traditional artisanal techniques, Lander & May globes represent the very best of British globe-making. Each globe is made from plaster of Paris, combining exceptional craftsmanship with beautifully detailed cartography to create a truly distinctive piece.

The Osborne globe is available in three sizes: 25cm (10"), 33cm (13") and 37cm (15"). Each features a solid hardwood stand fitted with ball bearings, allowing the globe to rotate smoothly and freely. Whether you wish to pick it up to explore a particular place or gently spin it on its base, the Osborne offers an effortless and enjoyable way to discover the world.

The Osborne's understated elegance lies in its harmonious palette of earthy land tones and contrasting grey oceans. Thousands of place names and fascinating geographical details bring the map to life, making this globe as informative as it is beautiful.

The Osborne focuses on physical mapping, which keeps the cartography as beautiful as possible without losing any detail.

Every Lander & May globe features a carefully hand-laid map, ensuring an exceptional finish. The cartography is developed in-house on the Isle of Wight, with a focus on accuracy and up-to-date UK mapping.

More than simply a geographical reference, each globe reflects the skill and dedication of its maker. Lander & May's traditional artisanal methods create a tangible connection between the craftsperson, the globe and its owner, resulting in something genuinely special.
