Waller & Wood Sapele Desk Globe

Waller and Wood Sapele Globe

About The Globe

We are extremely proud to welcome the latest addition to our family of desktop globes, the Waller & Wood. The sapele base is designed by ourselves in partnership with former England rugby player Tom Wood and is considered an extremely high quality material, making this globe a real bespoke piece.

The WAller & Wood – named after its creators – features a 12’’ (30cm) diameter antique globe ball, which emphasises the bright and colourful political boundaries across the world’s landmasses. With over 4000 place names, this product is perfect for those avid explorers and those curious about geography. This particular globe also includes raised relief, allowing you to explore the Earth’s mountain ranges through your fingertips. The cartography is completely up to date, created by Kevin Dzurny.

This particular globe is made using traditional techniques which have been used for centuries, adding character to the globe and making this product perfectly imperfect. The Lavenham comes fully assembled and also includes a booklet on how to use, enjoy, and care for your globe.
